CLASS BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before booking with MSDC Dance (referred to as ‘us’), Clients (referred to as ‘you’) should read through the below Terms & Conditions carefully. If you book a class with MSDC Dance, you are in an agreement with the below Terms & Conditions.

MSDC Dance may amend these Terms & Conditions without notice. However, the version of the Terms & Conditions applied at the time of booking will be the version enforced.

BOOKING POLICY

To book a place in class, you must register your interest via email to msdcdance@yahoo.com at least 24 hours in advance.

Please note that your place is not confirmed until full payment has been received. If a class reaches full capacity, any unpaid places may be offered to other participants.

Payments for block bookings are to be paid via bank transfer only. Individual classes can be paid by either bank transfer or cash upon arrival. Unfortunately, card payments are currently unavailable due to limited facilities.

Payment is required upfront for block bookings to secure your place. If payment has not been received, your place is not secured and MSDC Dance reserves the right to offer your place to someone else.

MSDC Dance are not responsible for any discrepancies that may occur due to bank transfers.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you are unable to attend a session included in your booking, we offer the option to reschedule that session for the following week. Please note that this rescheduling option is available once per booking and cannot be used on a recurring basis. To ensure we can accommodate your request, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.

REFUND POLICY

All class bookings are non-refundable. Due to venue hire and associated costs, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including changes in personal circumstances after booking with MSDC Dance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unavoidable event of a cancellation, MSDC Dance will notify you as soon as possible. We will honour your place and carry your ticket over to the following session.

If a tutor becomes unwell and is unable to undertake the session, MSDC Dance will endeavour to find an alternative tutor to cover the class. If a cover tutor is not found, MSDC Dance will cancel the class and honour your ticket for the following session.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I (the ‘Client’) understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me during any MSDC Dance classes.

I also exempt, release and indemnify MSDC Dance from all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, or injury to me or my property, which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes conducted by MSDC Dance.

I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY CONSENT

MSDC Dance may take photographic images and video footage of classes for marketing and social media purposes.

MSDC Dance agree to ask the Clients permission to take photographs or video footage and seek their consent to be included in marketing materials (e.g. displayed print, social media and other marketing purposes).

YOUTH COMPANY PARTICIPANTS ENROLMENT

All youth members are required to complete the Enrolment & Medical information form and Media Consent prior to their first session. For participants under the age of 18, these forms must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.

MEDIA CONSENT FOR YOUTH PARTICIPANTS

For all members of our Youth Company under the age of 18, legal parental or guardian consent is required before any photography, videography, or media content is captured or used.

Parents/Guardians must complete the media consent form here prior to attending their first class.
